1. To create a web-based library for a small groups of teachers, arranged by subject matter, for Santiago High School. Complete by end of first semester (December 2014)
a. Research web-based discussion boards and compatibility concerns.
b. Decide on the most efficient means to store documents and comment on them
2. To create an environment and guidelines so people feel comfortable posting and commenting
a. Start with Geometry PLC group in Google or Dropbox with sharing documents and commenting (start 2nd semester, January 2015, starting collecting data on usage)
b. Track use of site and comments with Geometry PLC. Implement a way to encourage use.
c. Once habit is established, get feedback from group on how to improve.
3. To foster an environment of collaboration and improvement at the school (provide training to the technology PLC by 3rd quarter, March 2015, ask representatives of tech committee for feedback for improvements and encourage use by multiple departments/people)
a. Create online conduct guidelines
b. Provide training via the Technology PLC.
c. For teachers to use this resource and contribute to it activity.
